Why We Started Young Mindz
'YOUNG MINDZ' can be viewed as an initiative focused on enhancing the overall development of students by providing them with valuable skills beyond the traditional classroom setting. When I founded YOUNG MINDZ, my vision was to create more than just a product or service. I saw that our young generation holds the future of our nation and they are a vital part of the future. So, keeping in mind the potential and the enthusiasm of the children, I created a place where children with diverse talents and perspectives come together to inspire, create and make a positive impact on the world.

DR. TANVI GUPTA
(FOUNDER AND CEO)
Dr. Tanvi Gupta is a compassionate orator, writer, researcher and academician with an experience of more than 13 years.
DR. PREETI SINGH
(MENTOR AND ADVISOR)
Dr. Preeti Singh has been in the academic sphere for five decades. She has been associated with many post graduate and under graduate institutes in Delhi University and Private Institutes.
DR. TANVI GUPTA- Dr. Tanvi Gupta is an accomplished and empathetic professional with a diverse skill set that includes writing, public speaking, research, and teaching. Over the past 13 years, Dr. Gupta has authored numerous publications in esteemed journals and contributed to books and presented papers at various national and international conferences. Dr. Gupta is also the creator of 'Young Minds as Authors' program’, where Dr. Gupta has helped aspiring young writers in their creative journey and getting their work published. Dr. Gupta has been an editor of various children's storybooks written during these workshops. Starting Young Mindz for skill building of students was a passion deep-rooted in her since an early time as she had realised the skill gap existing in academia. Dr. Gupta has been a resource person at reputed academic institutions like Delhi University, Amity University, MUIT etc. Dr. Gupta has even conducted several MDP and FDP during her professional journey. Dr. Gupta is a staunch advocate of lifelong learning and strives to inspire her students to achieve their full potential.
DR. PREETI SINGH- Dr. Preeti Singh has been in the academic sphere for five decades. She has been associated with many post graduate and undergraduate institutes in Delhi University and Private Institutes. She has participated in National and International conferences as organiser, paper presenter, discussant, Keynote speaker and Chairperson in India and abroad. She has imparted many lectures and done webinars too in socio-cultural education and economic settings of the country. She has been interviewing people and giving lectures on personality development. She has presented research papers at various platforms in the U.S.A, and Thailand, at conferences and delivered special lectures in foreign universities. She has conducted FDPs and MDPs. She has 100 plus published research papers, articles and book reviews in management journals
